I am, Izveckova Oxana Viktorovna, born in 1967. Mother Izveckova Nadezhda Fedorovna (1941) is a doctor therapist, father - Izveckov Viktor Michailovitsh (1939) is an engineer. My husband Drozdov Sergei Vladimirovich (1964) is an assistant professor psychology faculty of Kursk Pedagogical University, Dr. of psychology, PD. My daughter Drozdova Dariya Sergeevna 1994, is a schoolgirl. I graduated from high school with a Gold medal in 1984. In 1990 I graduated from Kursk State Medical University. Since then I have been working as a professor assistant at the Department of beam diagnostics and radiotherapy of KSMU. I work as a doctor-radiologist in Kursk regional onkologic hospital, where the department of oncology is located. I have received a scientific degree of Doctor of Sciences 03 1997. My scientific supervisors were member of the Academy of Medical Sciences, professor, the director of the Moscow roentgen-radiology center, Dr. Dr. med., professor W.P. Kharchenko; member of the Academy of Medical Sciences, Dr. Dr. med, professor Panshin G.A. and Head of the Department of beam diagnostics and radiotherapy of the Kursk Medical University, professor Dr. Dr. med. E. F. Firsov. A had only excellent results during my post-graduated studies and while preparing for my doctoral degree. The theme of my dissertation was " The complex treatment of rectum cancer patients, undergone one -time preoperative 7.5 Gy irradiation. I supervise oncologic patients service of the Pristyen area of Kursk. Regularly I attend and I make reports on clinical conferences. I read lectures and conduct practical training in clinic for the Russian and foreign students on radiotherapy in Russian and English. Constantly I read literature on clinical radiotherapy and radiology. In 1992 I worked in Moscow in the Central Institute of post-graduate studies on the theme: "Modern methods of diagnostics and treatment of malignant tumors", later in St. Petersburg, on the theme "Remote methods of radiotherapy of tumors of separate localizations" I continued my training. At the faculty of postdiploma education of the KSMU on the theme:" The Elected questions of oncology and radiology ". My training was estimated as "excellent". I studied ultrasonic diagnostics at the Department of post-graduated education of KSMU 13.11.2000 till 09.03. 2001. I took part in work of the Vμ-th all -Russia congress of roentgenology and radiology, 1994, in Suzdal, the congress of the society of coloproctology in Tver in 1993. I passionately wanted to continue scientific work. I participated under the recommendation of my scientific chiefs in competition for the DAAD grants. I have won the grant in 2000 and make research in clinical cooperations with DKFZ- the German center of cancer research (14.07-13.10). The medical director Dr. Dr. Med., the professor M. Wannenmacher has given the invitation to me. I began to work above postdoctoral dissertation on the theme "νRI the diagnostics and features of clinical tendency of melanoma brain metastasis after a one-time stereotactical irradiation". Clinical radiology and radiotherapy in Russia is not perfectly developed. I was pleasantly struck with quality of diagnostics and medical palliative radio therapeutic help to the patients, survival rate. I have positive responses about my training signed by professor Wannenmacher M. The term of training was too short for realization of my There is no similar clinical and technical base, unique medical specialized, literature in Russia. I have the invitation from the Dr. Dr. Med., professor Wannenmacher M. for continuation of training in Germany and recommendation from my scientific supervisor. Similar scientific- practical work and training can be realized in USA or European clinic of developed country. The problem is in financing my study and scientific work. I search for scientific funds to which I can address with this problem. The literary review on a theme of this postdokoral dissertation is prepared. I look for a financial support for next part of my clinical- scientifically work in BRD
