The town Kursk...

The Kursk historical society is preparing to publish biographical reference book of the most famous Kursk citizens. We are appealing to everybody for any help in providing useful information connecting to the history and culture of the Kursk region. We will be very grateful to everybody who will provide any biographical materials of the famous Kursk citizens, especially the materials connecting to the periods of the World War II and the Russian revolution. For instance, in Boenos Aires, in 1970, Boris Yurevich died. He had worked in Kursk before the War. Being in emigration he had published a lot of books. We are going to put the information of the noble and merchant families into the reference book as well. We ask you to help us in collecting the necessary information or let us know where we can get such help.
